Each applicant to Keiin Pre-College Program is considered with great care. We consider each applicant as a whole person, and put enormous care into evaluating every application. We hope you will explore the information in this section to understand what we look for in our admissions process.

When to Apply

Early applicants apply by the April 30 deadline and hear from us by mid-June. If you apply to Keiin under Early Application, you will be asked to fill our Early Application Form. You may apply under our Regular Application until August 1.

What We Look For

We seek promising students who will contribute to the Keiin community during their college years, and to society throughout their lives.

While academic accomplishment is important, the Admissions Committee considers many other factors—strong personal qualities, special talents or excellences of all kinds, perspectives formed by unusual personal circumstances, and the ability to take advantage of available resources and opportunities.

Parts of the Application

We outline everything you need to apply to Keiin and describe each component of your application.

Application Requirements

  1. The completed application
  2. A non-refundable application fee of 500 Kyrgyz Soms (if submitted after April 30).
  3. A copy of high school diploma or vocational education certificate OR a certificate from the current school certifying that the applicant is in the last year of study.
  4. Official copies (notarized photocopies) of all high school and university transcripts/ grade sheets.
  5. All Republic and International Olympiad Diplomas on specific subjects.
  6. Copy of the Republic Test Certificate.
  7. Copy of passport information pages.
  8. For non-Kyrgyz citizens living in Kyrgyzstan, a copy of the Kyrgyz Republic visa page.
  9. Medical certificate (Form 086-Y) confirming all vaccinations and immunizations and health screenings for tuberculosis.
  10. 4 photographs (3 x 4 cm, color).
  11. Self-Introduction Essay:  

Write a 350 word letter introducing yourself to your potential classmates and teachers at the Keiin Institute. Your essay should be typed, double-spaced with 12-point font, in English.

  1. Leadership Essay:

Write, in English, a 350 word essay on leadership. In your essay, you should define leadership, give an example of a leader you admire, and describe some of your experiences in leadership. Your essay should be typed, double-spaced with 12-point font, in English.

  • Deadline: May 30 
  • Full scholarship program is available for those who have only 4(good) and 5(excellent) school marks.
  • To apply for full scholarship program 2 recommendation letters should be presented from tutor and somebody who is neither relative nor teacher



We will send an acknowledgment of receipt within two weeks of receiving your application. If you have not received an acknowledgment after two weeks, please contact us.
